Quebec grants Moroccan students, within the framework of the Moroccan-Quebec agreement, 51 tuition fee exemption scholarships for the Fall 2026 session.

The exemption scholarships are distributed as follows:
- 1st cycle/Bachelor’s (Licence): 22
- 2nd cycle/Master’s: 25
- Doctorate: 04
Selection Criteria:
- Be of Moroccan nationality.
- Hold the required diploma for the desired level of study.
- Have final admission to a Quebec higher education institution for the study program for which the exemption is requested.
- Priority is given to candidates who have completed at least 2 sessions in Quebec within the requested program.
- The minimum number of remaining sessions in Quebec within the requested program is set at 2.
- The order of merit, following academic excellence, is based on GPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) as well as the number of sessions completed in Quebec.
- Tied candidates (Ex-aequo) are ranked based on the overall average of the previously obtained diploma.
- The seniority of the obtained study diploma, granting access to the study cycle requested in Quebec, is fixed at 4 academic years.
- Grades obtained in Quebec as part of a DESS (Specialized Graduate Diploma), a college diploma, a certificate, or a year completed as part of an exchange are not taken into consideration.

Application File — Attach to your online application all supporting documents scanned in clear and readable PDF format (the size of which should not exceed 4 MB):
- Application form for the granting of additional tuition fee exemptions (in the appendix), duly completed and signed (typed on a computer, printed, and signed).
- Recent proof of final admission to a Quebec higher education institution for the study program for which the exemption is requested.
- Copies of diplomas and transcripts obtained previously.
- Copies of transcripts for all sessions completed in Quebec.
Any incomplete application or one containing false information will be systematically rejected.

Publication of Selection Results — The final selection results will be communicated to candidates through the same website.
Candidates who have already started their higher education in Quebec institutions must provide copies of all transcripts issued by these institutions for all sessions attended.
