1. Key Responsibilities & Missions

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following daily tasks within the kitchen:

  • Handle and prepare food according to quality standards and guest requests;
  • Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment, including grinders, mixers, and ovens;
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitary;
  • Possess strong knowledge of food health and safety regulations and a complete understanding of all cutting techniques;
  • Contribute to the traceability of food containers;
  • Manage and prioritize daily culinary tasks efficiently.

2. Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates interested in applying must meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability;
  • Ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean all pastry and baking equipment;
  • Vocational training (Formación Profesional) in Catering and Gastronomy (Restauración);
  • Previous kitchen experience is highly recommended but not mandatory;

  • Physical fitness to stand for 8 hours and ability to lift at least 30 kg;
  • Valid work and residency documents in Spain and fluency in Spanish;
