1. Money Transfer Operations Manager (Bangui, Central African Republic)

Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of MoneyGram and Ria services. This includes overseeing the launch and expansion of the agency network, ensuring regulatory compliance and transaction security, and contributing to business growth.

Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in the banking sector, specifically in international money transfers. Proficiency in international project management and fluency in French, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities: Increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction, stock shelves, inspect product quality, manage payment operations, and clean the store.

Qualifications: High school diploma (Baccalaureate) as a minimum, and one year of experience in a similar position in the distribution sector.
