Romania offers fully funded scholarships to international students through the MFA Scholarships Programme for the academic year 2026-2027, covering Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees.
Languages of Study
- Bachelor’s & Master’s: Romanian language
- PhD: Romanian or a foreign language, depending on the university
A preparatory year of Romanian language is included in the programme.
Duration of Studies
- Bachelor’s: 3 to 6 years
- Master’s: 1 to 2 years
- PhD: 4 years
