About the Role

Main Responsibilities

The position holder will be responsible for diagnosing damage caused by water leaks and infiltrations, supervising plumbing repair works, and overseeing tiling, plastering (partitions, cladding, false ceilings), and finishing paint works. The role also involves coordinating the worksite from start to final delivery, drafting detailed intervention reports in French, and strictly adhering to DTU standards and applicable safety regulations.

Position 2: Topographer – Surveyor

About the Role

The company is looking for a specialized technician in topographic surveying and underground network detection, with an excellent level of French and the ability to work with advanced field technologies such as Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and electromagnetic detectors.

Main Responsibilities

The topographer will be responsible for detecting underground networks including water, gas, electricity, and telecommunications lines. The role also includes conducting topographic surveys and field mapping operations, analyzing and interpreting collected site data, producing usable technical plans and documents, drafting detailed technical reports in French, and managing client relations with insurance companies, businesses, and local authorities.
