1. Duties and Responsibilities of the Security Guard
The security guard is responsible for carrying out the following supervisory and preventive duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring the security and safety of individuals, property, and facilities in accordance with the company’s safety procedures and regulations;
- Conducting regular inspection and monitoring rounds to prevent incidents and detect any suspicious activity;
- Monitoring and controlling the entry of visitors, employees, and service providers, and verifying entry permits;
- Responding quickly and appropriately to emergencies, incidents, or situations involving risks and threats;
- Accurately drafting incident reports and informing direct supervisors of any malfunctions or issues;
- Ensuring the application and observance of safety instructions and internal procedures;
- Coordinating and cooperating with internal teams and relevant security authorities when necessary.
2. Required Conditions and Candidate Specifications
Applicants wishing to submit their applications must meet the following acceptance criteria:
- The candidate must be registered with ANAPEC and be an active job seeker;
- Educational level: At least a technician diploma (Technicien) or higher;
- Legal age: The candidate’s age must be between 21 and 40 years old at the time of application submission;
- Good command and speaking level of the English language (English: Good);
- Professional experience: Proven and justified professional experience of at least two (2) years in a similar security guarding position;
- Approved physical build and stature requirements:
- For male candidates: Height not less than 1.75 meters and weight not less than 75 kg;
- For female candidates: Height not less than 1.60 meters and weight not less than 75 kg.
3. Working Conditions and Benefits Granted
- Contract type: Fixed-term employment contract (CDD) for two years (24 months), renewable;
- Total monthly salary: 2,770 UAE Dirhams per month (2,770 AED);
- Flight ticket: Airfare from Morocco to the UAE is fully secured and paid for, covered by the employing company (Flight ticket: Yes);
- Housing and transportation: Free group housing and free transportation provided by the employing company in the United Arab Emirates.
