DUTIES:
- Prepare the dining room/restaurant setup and ensure service quality;
- Welcome guests and present the menu;
- Serve dishes and beverages;
- Present dishes and their components;
- Communicate with the kitchen when necessary (waiting times, special requests, and product availability);
- Present the bill and use payment terminals to collect payments.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Be registered with ANAPEC and actively seeking employment;
- Hold a professional training diploma in hospitality/catering;
- Have at least one year of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel chain;
- Have a good level of English or French;
- Have the ability to work in a team;
- Possess strong communication skills;
- Have a sense of customer service;
- Have a professional appearance.
