1. Methane Production Unit Installation and Assembly Technician (10 Positions)
This position requires specialized technicians to participate in the construction and installation of energy production plants from organic waste (Methanization), a future-oriented and sustainable sector.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in preparatory project meetings (plan review, material inspection, etc.).
- Take precise measurements for equipment installation.
- Assemble and install various equipment such as pumps, valves, and mills.
- Implement connections and networks (PEHD, PP, PVC), as well as electrical and thermal connections.
- Monitor work progress on site and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with clients.
- Coordinate with external companies working on site.
- Contribute to facility commissioning when needed.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations at client sites.
- Maintain and organize the workshop and contribute to its development.
Required Qualifications:
- Registration with ANAPEC.
- Certification: Specialized technician diploma in industrial maintenance electricity, industrial automation, or industrial engineering.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years in an industrial environment.
- Language: Good level of French.
- Skills: Proficiency in assembly techniques and engineering blueprint reading, with autonomy, precision, and team spirit.
- Additional advantage: Knowledge of the agricultural field.
2. Maintenance Technician (50 Positions)
This position is dedicated to professional technicians in maintaining industrial systems and equipment to ensure production continuity and efficiency in advanced factories.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems, equipment, and production lines.
- Intervene based on instructions and technical files to improve machine performance.
- Monitor and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
- Conduct necessary tests and inspections before restarting equipment.
- Accurately identify malfunctions and propose appropriate technical solutions for repair.
- Update records and technical files related to machinery using software (CMMS).
- Contribute to the development and improvement of maintenance procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Registration with ANAPEC.
- Certification: Specialized technician diploma in electromechanics of automated systems.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years in industrial maintenance.
- Language: Good level of French.
- Skills: Strong knowledge in electromechanics, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance, and reading automated control programs (PLCs).
- Additional advantage: Proficiency in SAP software (CMMS).
- Personal competencies: Team spirit, high analytical and problem-solving abilities, and work autonomy.
Common Working Conditions and Benefits
