1. (10) Assembly and Shipping Leader (Logistics Chain)

Responsibilities: Managing driver/dispatcher flow, managing product reception at docks, monitoring loading and unloading quality, issuing necessary documents, managing merchandise returns, and ensuring sample storage security.

Required Profile: Registered with ANAPEC, diploma in vocational training in logistics, at least two years of experience, good level of French, ability to work in teams, and good and rigorous relationships.

2. (15) Order Preparer

Responsibilities: Operating packaging assembly, conditioning food products, preparing customer orders, supplying bags, pallets, and consumables, collaborating with shipping service, applying safety and hygiene instructions, and following tracking procedures.

Required Profile: Registered with ANAPEC, diploma in vocational training in logistics, at least two years of experience, good level of French, knowledge of ERP/WMS software, mastery of safety and food quality rules, and good physical fitness.

3. (10) Production Operator

Responsibilities: Launching batches based on line availability, operating and monitoring mixing and grinding operations, adding precise ingredients, directing batches considering product incompatibility, ensuring first-level maintenance, and monitoring product quality.

Required Profile: Registered with ANAPEC, diploma in vocational training in electromechanics, industrial automation, or electrical maintenance technician, at least two years of experience, and good level of French.

4. (10) Installation Technician / Bakery Equipment Repair Technician

Responsibilities: Installing and maintaining new equipment (ovens, dough machines, mixers, display cases), regular machine monitoring, diagnosing and repairing faults, providing customer advice, and writing intervention reports.

Required Profile: Registered with ANAPEC, diploma in vocational training in home appliance repair, at least two years of experience, good level of French, ability to work in teams, and good and rigorous relationships.

1. (02) Livestock Breeding Technician

Responsibilities: Implementing or assisting in farm animal breeding activities, preparing grazing and breeding programs, developing and implementing feeding programs, ensuring compliance with safety and biosecurity procedures, detecting diseases, monitoring livestock performance, managing production records and other data, maintaining agricultural equipment, and supervising harvesting machinery.

Required Profile: Registered with ANAPEC, age between 23 and 45 years, diploma in vocational training in agriculture, at least two years of experience, good level of French, Class B driver’s license valid for at least two years.

2. (01) Miller

Responsibilities: Operating and running industrial machines and processes to transform food, handling machines for packaging food and related products, monitoring indicators and screens to verify conversion conditions, temperature, and flows, managing production records and data, operating machines for grinding, extraction, mixing, and drying, and verifying product compliance.

Required Profile: Registered with ANAPEC, age between 23 and 45 years, diploma in vocational training, at least two years of experience, good level of French, Class B driver’s license valid for at least two years.

3. (01) Butcher

Responsibilities: Receiving meat carcasses, monitoring product quality, preparing, cutting, and packaging meat cuts, ensuring traceability continuity, distributing products at point of sale, providing customer information and taking orders, and ensuring workplace cleanliness and disinfection.

Required Profile: Registered with ANAPEC, age between 23 and 45 years, diploma in vocational training, at least two years of experience as a butcher in an organized structure or modern butcher shop, good level of French, good knowledge of different meat cutting methods, knowledge of hygiene and workplace safety standards, good customer relationships, and Class B driver’s license valid for at least two years.

4. (01) Chef

Responsibilities: Preparing ingredients (cutting vegetables, soups, side dishes, etc.), cooking dishes according to appropriate techniques (grilling, roasting, etc.), ensuring taste and visual quality of dishes (breakfast, lunch, dinner), respecting hygiene and food safety standards, and ensuring safety when handling kitchen equipment.

Required Profile: Registered with ANAPEC, age between 23 and 45 years, diploma in vocational training in cooking, at least two years of experience as a chef in a restaurant or hotel chain, good level of French, good knowledge of grilling and roasting techniques, and Class B driver’s license valid for at least two years.
