Call for applications for a professional dual training program (Ausbildung) in Germany, in the field of:

MECHANICAL and METAL MANUFACTURING

As part of the development of the international employability of job-seeking men and women, ANAPEC and the Services for Specialized and International Placement (ZAV) of the German Federal Employment Agency (BA) are seeking, on behalf of German employers, young Moroccan men and women to undertake a professional dual training program in various specialties within mechanical and metal construction.

The training is paid, and its duration varies — depending on the chosen trade — from 2 to 3.5 years. It takes place 30% in a vocational school and 70% within the training company. During the apprenticeship period in Germany, apprentices will receive a monthly training allowance in accordance with German regulations (at least 1,048 Euros gross), paid to them by their training company. Travel expenses will be covered by the employers, who also commit to finding/providing accommodation for the apprentices. No costs will be borne by the candidates throughout the entire placement and immigration process to Germany.

ZAV supports selected candidates throughout the mobility process by offering them apprenticeship positions with employers in Germany, coaching before job interviews, and support throughout the administrative procedures necessary for emigration to Germany. ZAV also establishes contacts with the competent authorities in Germany to provide assistance to candidates after their arrival and throughout the integration process.
