Registration for Chinese Scholarships 2026 for Master’s and Doctoral Programs

The People’s Republic of China is granting, for the 2026-2027 academic year, five (5) scholarships to Moroccan students wishing to pursue their higher education at Chinese universities in Master’s and Doctoral degree programs.

• Living expenses (depending on the chosen program level)
• University accommodation
• Medical insurance

Eligibility

Master’s Program

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Be under 35 years of age

Doctoral Program

• Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent
• Be under 40 years of age

You are invited to submit, first, an application to the Chinese side and, subsequently, an application to the Moroccan side, as explained below:

1. Application to the Chinese Side 🇨🇳

Submit your online application through the platform* https://www.campuschina.org/ or the direct link https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login accompanied by the required supporting documents**:

• Certified copy of obtained diploma (or enrollment certificate for prospective graduates)
• Copies of transcripts
• Study or research plan written in English (at least 1000 words)
• Recommendation letters from 2 Professors (written in English)
• Medical certificate, according to the template in Annex 3
• Recent criminal record certificate
• Copy of passport, or alternatively copy of national ID card

Additional documents, if available:

• Copy of pre-admission or admission letter from a Chinese university
• Copy of language proficiency certificate: Chinese Language Proficiency Test HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) or English language proficiency certificate (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.)

*Candidates are invited to carefully follow the application instructions described in Annex 1 and 2
**All required documents must be accompanied by official translation into English

N.B.: Electronic copies (scanned in PDF format) of all required documents must be clear, legible, and well-organized; otherwise, your application will not be considered.

2. Application to the Moroccan Side 🇲🇦

After completing your application on the Chinese platform, you are requested to apply on the Directorate of Cooperation and Partnership platform through the following link: https://maboursecooperation.enssup.gov.ma/

Please attach to your application all the supporting documents mentioned in section 1, plus a complete copy of the form filled out on the Chinese platform (PDF downloadable document that you obtain once your application is completed and which contains all the information you have entered).
