The Vietnam Maritime University (VMU) is offering 90 scholarships for international students, including Moroccan students, for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs for the academic year 2026–2027. To apply for the VMU scholarship, follow these two steps:
Step 1: Fill out the electronic application form via the following link: https://mabourse.enssup.gov.ma/
Step 2: Attach all required supporting documents in clear and legible PDF format (each file must not exceed 4 MB), including:
- Application form (Annex 2)
- Copies of obtained diplomas and translated academic transcripts
- Recent medical certificate
- Criminal record (Casier judiciaire)
- Passport
- English language proficiency certificate
- Vietnamese language proficiency certificate (if available)
- Proof of financial guarantee for studies and research in Vietnam (if available)
Important Note
The exact scholarship amount (full or partial) will be determined by the university upon admission of the candidate. Scholarships will be awarded based on the assessment of the Academic Committee. Scholarships do not include textbooks, documents, airfare, or the costs of visa approval procedures.
