Ausbildung in Germany 2025 for Moroccans – Mechanical Field

Call for applications for a work-study vocational training program in Germany (Ausbildung) in the field of:

MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING and METALLIC CONSTRUCTION

As part of the development of the international employability of job seekers, ANAPEC and the Services for Specialized and International Placement (ZAV) of the German Federal Employment Agency (BA) are seeking young Moroccans for German employers to undertake a work-study vocational training program in various specialties of mechanical manufacturing and metal construction.

The training is paid and takes place over 3 years, with 30% in a vocational school and 70% in the training company. During the apprenticeship period in Germany, the apprentices will receive a monthly training allowance in accordance with German regulations (at least 1048 Euros/gross), which will be paid by their training company. Travel expenses will be covered by the employers, who also commit to finding/offering accommodation for the apprentices.

The ZAV supports the selected candidates throughout the mobility process by offering them apprenticeship positions with employers in Germany, coaching before job interviews, and assistance during the necessary administrative procedures for immigration to Germany. The ZAV also establishes contact with the competent authorities in Germany to offer aid to the candidates after their arrival and during the integration process.

Required Profile:

• Must be registered with ANAPEC;
• Must be actively seeking employment;
• Must be 26 years of age at most;
• Must have professional training in the sought-after field or a Baccalaureate degree with relevant experience;
• Must have at least a B1 level in the German language;
• Having a driver’s license would be an asset.

Application File:

• Copy of passport or national ID card (CIN);
• A duly completed resume in the German language;
• Copy of diplomas;
• Copy of work or internship certificates;
• B1 certificate;
