The College of Europe (Collège d’Europe / College of Europe), a specialized institution in European studies, announces eight (8) scholarships for Moroccan students for the academic year 2026-2027, as part of the postgraduate scholarship program aimed at students from European Neighbourhood Policy countries.

About the Program
This is an in-depth one-year academic program, from September to June, leading to a Master’s degree and offered at one of the two campuses of the College of Europe:
- Bruges Campus (Campus de Bruges) in Belgium
- Natolin Campus (Campus de Natolin) in Poland

Basic Admission Requirements
Required Academic Qualifications
Candidates for the College of Europe must hold an appropriate university degree. Admission to the College of Europe requires candidates to have one of the following qualifications:
- A Bologna-type Master’s degree
- An equivalent prior degree
- A university degree with at least 240 ECTS credits obtained from a recognized university
Opportunity for Bachelor’s/License Degree Holders
Holders of a Bachelor’s/License degree are also considered, provided they have a solid and strong background in the field of the academic program they are applying for.
Determining Equivalence
Equivalence will be determined based on objective criteria.
