Key Responsibilities per Role
1. Cook (Cuisinier)
- Traditional Cuisine: Prepare and cook traditional Moroccan dishes and desserts (Harira, Couscous, Tajine, Rfissa, etc.).
- Grilling: Master meat preparation (cutting, seasoning, marinating) and charcoal grilling techniques.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Stock Management: Manage food supplies, including reception, quality control, and inventory tracking.
- Hygiene: Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards at the workstation.

2. Butcher (Boucher)
- Meat Preparation: Professional cutting, deboning, and preparation of various meat cuts.
- Specialties: Create meat specialties such as merguez, skewers (brochettes), and paupiettes.
- Customer Service: Advise and guide customers based on their needs and preferred cooking methods.
- Display: Present products attractively while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintenance: Rigorously clean and maintain the workspace and equipment.
